OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Two individuals were taken into custody late Monday evening in connection to a shooting incident, according to the Oklahoma City Police Department (OCPD).
The OCPD conducted a traffic stop at approximately 9:04 p.m. near NW 71st and May Avenue. During the stop, officers identified two individuals as persons of interest related to the earlier shooting.
At this time, police have not released further details about the shooting, including the location or the nature of the incident. Authorities are expected to provide additional information as the investigation progresses.
Both individuals remain in custody as OCPD continues to investigate the case. No additional arrests have been made at this stage.
