MOORE, Okla. — An officer-involved shooting left a suspect injured Thursday night after a violent confrontation in Moore. The incident occurred just after 8:30 p.m. near NW 5th Street and Butler Avenue.
According to the Moore Police Department, officers were initially responding to a stabbing incident when they arrived on the scene. Upon arrival, officers found two victims with stab wounds. The victims were quickly transported to a local hospital, where they are expected to survive their injuries.
As officers continued to assess the situation, they encountered an individual armed with a knife. Authorities believe this person was involved in the stabbing.
