Mustang, OK — A tornado-warned storm passed through Mustang on Tuesday afternoon, leaving a noticeable trail of damage in one residential area.
Residents near the intersection of SW 59th and Czech Hall awoke to large tree limbs scattered throughout their yards and streets. Several fences were also damaged by the strong winds associated with the storm.
The National Weather Service had issued multiple tornado warnings shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday, including the warning covering the Mustang area. Despite the severity of the warnings, no injuries or fatalities have been reported in connection with the storm.
Local officials continue to monitor the situation as residents begin cleanup efforts.
