Enid Police Arrest 17-Year-Old After Reports of Gunfire

ENID, Okla. – A 17-year-old male was arrested on Monday afternoon following reports of gunfire in Enid. Authorities responded to the scene in the 2100 block of East Eucalyptus around 4:37 p.m. after receiving multiple calls about shots being fired.

Enid police officers, along with investigators, arrived at the scene and discovered that several shots had been discharged during the incident. The teenager was apprehended at the location and arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of a firearm.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the gunfire. The investigation remains ongoing, with authorities working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

At this time, there has been no indication of further charges, but police continue to examine the case.

Authorities are urging anyone with additional information to come forward as they work to piece together what led to the shooting.
