Enid, OK – The City of Enid is gearing up for its annual State of the City Address, scheduled for Tuesday, February 7, at 11:30 a.m. in the Stride Bank Center Grand Ballroom. The event, which is free and open to the public, will feature Mayor Mason as he discusses the city’s achievements in 2024 and shares plans for 2025.
