MIDWEST CITY, Okla. — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) has issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for a 2-year-old boy, Anthony Stroder, who is believed to be with his non-custodial mother, Katelyn Thornton, and her boyfriend, Aurelio Cardenas.
According to authorities, the toddler was last seen with Thornton and Cardenas, who are suspected of being in the Oklahoma or Texas Panhandle areas. The couple is traveling in a 2011 GMC Acadia, bearing Oklahoma tag PCU102.
OHP has expressed concern over the safety of the child, as Cardenas is a registered sex offender according to the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry.
Anthony Stroder is described as a 3-foot-tall boy weighing approximately 27 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about their whereabouts to contact local law enforcement or the Oklahoma Highway Patrol immediately.
