Oklahoma City, OK — Authorities are investigating a stabbing that occurred Monday afternoon near NW 23rd Street and N Western Avenue. The incident took place at a Casey’s gas station, where a suspect reportedly attacked a victim at one of the gas pumps.
According to the Oklahoma City Police Department (OKCPD), the suspect, described as a Black male wearing dark clothing, approached the victim at approximately 5:40 p.m. before stabbing them. The assailant then fled the scene on foot, and despite a brief search, has not been located as of this time.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, was transported to a nearby hospital. Their current condition remains unknown, and police have not provided further details regarding the extent of their injuries.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about the incident or the whereabouts of the suspect to come forward. The investigation is ongoing as police continue to search for the individual responsible.
