OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A 16-year-old girl was killed on March 21 in what authorities are describing as a tragic hit-and-run incident. The Oklahoma City Police Department has arrested 18-year-old Quimariauna Neal on suspicion of First-Degree Murder following the deadly collision.
Officers responded to the scene at the intersection of NE 7th St. and Missouri Ave. at approximately 10:00 p.m. on Friday, March 21, after receiving reports of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle.
