Authorities Searching for Missing 59-Year-Old Woman in Norman

NORMAN, Okla. — Law enforcement agencies are actively searching for a missing woman last seen in Norman on Sunday. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office, 59-year-old Keri Merriott has not been seen or heard from since the weekend, prompting growing concern for her safety.

Merriott is described as a Black-haired, brown-eyed woman, standing approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 170 pounds. Authorities say she has several medical conditions that require daily medications, making the urgency of the search even greater.

She may be driving a silver 2020 Kia Soul with Oklahoma license plate number MRE049. Investigators have not released details about where she was last seen in Norman or any potential leads, but they are urging the public to remain vigilant.

Officials are asking anyone who sees Merriott or has information regarding her whereabouts to immediately contact 911.
