The incident occurred at the detention facility, where Ishman was being held at the time. On Monday, Ishman entered a blind plea of guilty to the charge. A blind plea means that the defendant pleads guilty without a negotiated agreement on sentencing.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the sentencing, Ishman was ordered to serve 25 years with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
