According to Murrow, her daughter was standing up for herself, refusing to let the other student bully her.<\/p>\n<p>However, things took a dramatic turn when an adult, identified as the mother of the other student, reportedly intervened in the fight. Murrow claims the woman, who had been watching from her vehicle, exited the car and began encouraging her daughter to continue fighting.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was in disbelief,\u201d Murrow said. \u201cA mother was cheering her daughter on to beat my daughter up. It\u2019s one thing to have a fight between kids, but when an adult gets involved, that\u2019s crossing a line.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a shocking moment captured on video, the adult woman allegedly kneeled on Murrow\u2019s daughter, forcefully pushing her to the ground and standing over her with clenched fists. Murrow stated that the woman\u2019s actions were \u201cexcessive\u201d and left her daughter shaken and in pain.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy child was hurt. She was on the ground, and this woman was standing over her, telling her what was up with her fists balled,\u201d Murrow explained. \u201cIt was beyond the scope of what should have happened. My daughter was scared, and I\u2019m just heartbroken watching the video.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the altercation, Murrow\u2019s daughter was suspended from school, while the punishment for the other student involved remains unclear. The 10-year-old was also taken to the emergency room for medical attention due to pain in her neck and side, raising concerns about possible injuries such as broken ribs.<\/p>\n<p>Murrow expressed her concern that the school\u2019s response was insufficient, given the severity of the incident. \u201cWhat if she would have broken my daughter\u2019s ribs? What if things had been worse?\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Feeling unsafe and frustrated, Murrow has decided to transfer her daughter to another school to ensure her well-being. She has also begun consulting with attorneys about potential legal action against the adult involved in the altercation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is something that can\u2019t be ignored,\u201d Murrow stated. \u201cI just want to make sure that no one else has to go through what my daughter did.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The school district has not yet commented on the specifics of the incident or the discipline for the other student involved.
