HASKELL, OKLA. \u2013 Arrest warrants have been issued for a Haskell couple accused of leaving a foster child in extreme cold conditions, according to court documents filed on Monday. Kaylin Fultz, a local school teacher, and her husband, Andrew Fultz, both face one count of child neglect in connection with the disturbing incident.<\/p>\n

The charges stem from a viral social media video that surfaced earlier this month, showing the foster child being left unattended in bitterly cold temperatures. The video quickly gained attention and prompted an investigation into the couple’s actions.<\/p>\n
