The project, dubbed <strong data-start=\"328\" data-end=\"343\">Alley North<\/strong>, will span approximately a dozen acres at the intersection of NW 13th Street and Broadway Avenue, an area poised to become a vibrant nexus linking three major districts: Automobile Alley, Midtown, and the Innovation District.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"904\">For decades, the site had remained an empty lot, but city officials and developers now envision a bustling, walkable neighborhood featuring retail, dining, office space, and hospitality. Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt expressed enthusiasm for the project, calling it \u201csomething really exciting\u201d for the city\u2019s northern downtown edge.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1142\">\u201cThe transformation of this area is a critical step in continuing Oklahoma City\u2019s growth and revitalization,\u201d Holt said. \u201cTurning this long-unused space into a thriving community hub will benefit residents, workers, and visitors alike.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1597\">The development is led by Pivot Real Estate, a local firm with a strong presence in the city\u2019s real estate market. Candace Baitz, a representative from Pivot, highlighted key components of Alley North, including the upcoming headquarters for Guernsey, an executive office building, a boutique hotel, and retail storefronts fronting Broadway Avenue.
