At the time, he was wearing black pants and a black hoodie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"668\">Clark is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds, with short black hair. Police say he has high-functioning autism, which may place him at greater risk.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"882\">Law enforcement officials are urging the public to remain vigilant and to immediately report any sightings or information.
